Vintage Rare French Chavet Chessmen pieces with original Wooden Box - 3 5/8 inches King. Original Box wooden box, pieces are made of Jura boxwood. Complete set of 32 pieces. 3 5/8 inches King height, weighted and felted, felts in great clean shape. Made of boxwood, and stained reddish-brown boxwood (Mahogany color). Pieces have some light wear, some scuffs, 4 pieces have hairline cracks, overall in great condition for its age. (PLEASE SEE PICTURES FOR CONDITION). Box is in good shape, some light scratches. The box even has its original tissue paper inside!
