Vintage Pan Am Battery Op Tin Toy Sky Taxi Stop & Go Action Sound Box Rare Works

  

For sale is a vintage battery-operated tin toy called the Sky Taxi, manufactured in Japan in 1960. This rare piece has stop and go action with rotor noise that adds to its authenticity. The toy features Raji branding, multi-color paint, and is modeled after a non-military helicopter from the Boeing vertol 107 aircraft family. The Sky Taxi is made of high-quality tin material and is in excellent working condition. It is a perfect addition to any vintage toy collection and a great conversation starter.

Original vintage toy in original packaging box shows lots of wea and prior repairs. Toy is in excellent vintage condition clean and in working condition. There is one plastic piece missing on side wheel cover. When tested rotor sound is loud and clear. Taxi stands stiil as noise reeves up then takes off rolling rather quickly.

Be prepared to catch or it will roll off table. Rotors do not spin, but they are not connected in any way, so dont think they are supposed.
