This item is in excellent condition. There is an assembly booklet and rolled full-size plans. From what I see comparing the parts to the plans, if something is missing it should be easy to make.

It has been sitting on a shelf for quite some time. It comes with everything shown in the pictures. Please look closely at the pictures!
