RARE Vintage Cigarette Dispenser 2 Drawer World Globe Music Box Brass Chrome

  

Amazing Mid Century Modern vintage cigarette dispenser in chrome and brass. When you pull the handle of bottom drawer out, the top lid also slides back revealing 20 slots for your smokes. Four brass ball feet on bottom. The world globe in the upper right corner revolves as the song "Smoke Gets in Your Eyes" plays. Could it get any better?

The globe is also how you wind up the music box by turning it. Size: 7" by 5" by 1.5 tall. 4 tall in corner where world globe is located. Slots for cigarettes are 3 3/8 long.

Condition: Drawers open and close smoothly. The finish on the chrome box has age related yellowing.

It is the lacquer coating I believe. You could strip off the lacquer and return finish to brighter chrome if you desire. The front of the drawer looks like its been cleaned already.

The backside of the box has a darker coloration which probably will remove with lacquer thinner also. Its up to you though, I do not want to risk damaging anything. Please see all the pictures and use enlarger. Great opportunity to add this nice smoking collectible to your collection!
