Rare Vintage Art Deco White Alabaster Rectangular Wavy Lidded Box

  
This is such a funky unique lidded alabaster box! I love the shape and size. The box is comprised of four rounded wavy layers with a sharper edged top and bottom. There are slight color variations throughout, which makes this piece even more interesting. Inside are two compartments with a divider to separate them.

Could be used for so many things. This piece would also look fabulous as decor on a table, bathroom counter, bookshelf, credenza, you name it. 4.25"L x 1.75"W x 3 7/8H. 3.5"L x 1"W inside compartment dimensions.

Minor wear consistent with use and age. There are a couple small chips as shown in photos. The main one is underneath the lid, which you cannot see when closed.
