CONDITION: Great vinttage condition as visible on photos. The slide rule came in a black cardboard case with the inscription:? 43 "System Rietz" Albert Nestler A. The rule is made of mahogany with scales on celluloid veneer. Albert Nestler AG, a German firm located in Lahr, Germany and founded by Albert Nestler. His great grandson, Jürgen Nestler, in Hausach, Germany, is a major contributor to this gallery with many donations of slide rules from when the slide rule factory stopped production in 1978, exactly 100 years after its conception.
