Rare Very Vintage 1950 Dancing Ballerina Music Box

  

VINTAGE DANCING BALLERINA MUSIC BOX VERY RARE! Music box portion works well for it's age.

It is wound by rotating the ballerina. She does lean to one side when she rotates. Not sure if she is supposed to originally or not.

Music plays when drawer is opened. Ballerina is missing her arm. We have the missing arm but the fingers are missing. This is such an interesting piece. The box portion is metal.

The ballerina is China with gold accents and a crochet tutu. This item stands about six inches tall, 4 inches wide at top, and the base is 2 1/2 inch. The lady is 2 inches tall from head to toe.
